About Harmony Art

Harmony Art Working Group

As it is given in the conclusive part of the (Lahtela, 2019) research on the benefits of art in cultural adaptation,
regardless of the perceived difficulties of socialization and culture, the interviewees stated that they adapted successfully. This is thanks to their artistic activity which gave them the chance to interact more with the local people and become part of the local community. It has been demonstrated that culture and art accelerate the integration process.

Likewise, we hope and work to bring people together who are interested in different fields of culture and arts such as Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Phonetic Arts, Traditional Arts and Crafts. Some of our friends in the working group are involved in culture and art as a hobby, while some are professionally involved. The Working Group consists mainly of participants from different nationalities who live in Finland. Harmony Art consists of 6 different clubs, these are:
– Picture club
– Music Club
– Cinema club
– Photography club
– Performing Arts club
– Traditional and handicraft club
