Our Käsiylös working group recently organized a calming and empowering session led by life and breathwork coach Naciye Temiz.
The event, titled ‘Breath-Mind-Body Balance Training,’ provided participants with an opportunity to release the fatigue accumulated throughout the year. During the evening, we explored practical breathwork techniques to let go of stress and discover new energy for the year ahead.
Under the guidance of Naciye Temiz, attendees experienced a peaceful moment of self-reflection and physical relaxation. This workshop was a wonderful way to start the new year with a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of well-being.
