Fin Polar Kulttuurikeskus and WeCode Platform is excited to introduce a new training program designed to help aspiring IT professionals enhance their social skills and English communication abilities. Supported by Moniheli Association and STEA funding, this initiative aims to provide participants with essential skills for career growth in the IT sector.
What to Expect?
The program will be led by experienced professionals in their respective fields:
🔹 Social Skills & Career Development – Led by Lidiia Salo, this training will focus on building a strong professional presence, crafting an effective CV and cover letter, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and mastering job interview techniques.
🔹 English for IT Professionals – Led by Yusuf Shaymardanov (Senior Lecturer, Jyväskylä HAMK University), this module will help participants improve their technical English, gain confidence in professional communication, and practice interview scenarios tailored for the IT industry.
This training series is designed to empower participants with the tools they need to succeed in the job market and confidently navigate their careers.
